ANKARA, BM, ($1= 8.65 Turkish liras) – Involuntarily or intentionally, but during Turkey’s domestic Anatolian Eagle military exercise, an air force official mentioned that Turkey was working on a missile that could hit the radar of Russia’s air defense system and neutralize its use.
This announcement was made in the Turkish province of Konya. The air ace has confirmed that Roketsan is working on the project, and the missile is scheduled to become part of the armament of Turkey’s fifth-generation TF-X fighter.
The missile is called “Vulture” (in Turkish Akbaba) and is a type of anti-radiation missile.
