At the Indian International Air Show that just ended, manufacturers from the United States, Russia and other countries brought a large number of advanced fighter aircraft and aviation equipment, hoping to win huge arms purchase orders. February 5, local time, on the last day of the air show, the United States The Air Force’s B-1B supersonic bomber performed a flight demonstration and flew over the air show airport under the escort of two Indian-made "Glorious" fighter jets, which became an unforgettable scene of this Indian Air Show. In fact, the Indian arrangement of the Brilliance Fighter and the B-1B bomber to "fly together" is also full of profound meaning, that is, it hopes to sell this light fighter known as "Pride of India" to all countries.

During the air show, the Indian side claimed that many countries were very interested in the "Glorious" fighter jets. The Air Force commander of India’s neighboring Bangladesh personally piloted the Glorious fighter jets to the sky. It is said that he was full of praise for this fighter after landing. Both flexibility and maneuverability are excellent. In this regard, Indian public opinion interprets that Bangladesh is likely to no longer introduce J-10C or "Fierce Dragon" fighter jets, and it is more likely to purchase "Glorious" fighter jets from India.

It is reported that General Mashuzaman, Chief of Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force, was invited to experience the "Glorious" instructor model during the air show. As an experienced fighter pilot, Mashuzaman has the ability to fly MiG-29s and J-7s. He is very familiar with the performance of fighters from different countries. After taking the "Glory" fighter jet into the air, he also admired this fighter. During the meeting with Indian Air Force Chief of Staff Badauria, Expressing willingness to further strengthen military cooperation and exchanges with India has given Indian public opinion a lot of room for imagination, and they have speculated that Bangladesh may be the first export customer of the "Brilliant" fighter.

In fact, Bangladesh has always been a loyal customer of domestically-made fighters. It is equipped with various types of fighters, such as the F-7 and K-8. In recent years, it has purchased a large number of land, sea and air equipment, including the decommissioned 053H3 guided missile frigate and the 035 conventional missile frigate. Submarines, these equipment can be said to be of high quality and low price, which is in line with Bangladesh's need to "do big things with a small amount of money".

It is reported that the Bangladesh Air Force also hopes to purchase new fighter jets to strengthen its air strength. Prior to this, the country was very interested in the J-10C and the "Fierce Dragon". In particular, the former was repeatedly reported to the Bangladesh Air Force. "Gossip", it is said that Bangladesh may purchase 24 J-10Cs to replace the existing J-7 fighters.

However, the Indian side is trying its best to sell the "Glorious" fighters to Bangladesh. The head of Hindustan Airlines (HAL) revealed that the export price of the "Glorious" fighters is 43 million U.S. dollars. It is claimed to be the world's cheapest four and a half generation fighters. It is believed that "Glory" has obvious advantages over "Fierce Dragon". It has more advanced engines, radars, and electronic warfare kits. In addition, it also has advanced weapons such as over-the-horizon air-to-air missiles.

The Indian military revealed that six countries, including Egypt and Sri Lanka, are already interested in Shining. If Bangladesh joins in, the export prospects of Shining fighters will be broader. However, the confidence of the Indian side is generally widespread. I am not optimistic. I think the shortcomings of the "Glorious" fighter are very obvious. Few countries will make up their minds to purchase a "Made in All Nations" light fighter with a combat radius of only 500 kilometers.
