Eight people died in the crash of the Be-200 of the Russian Defense Ministry in Turkey

MOSCOW, August 14. / TASS /. Everyone on board the Be-200 amphibious aircraft that crashed in Turkey was killed. This was reported on Saturday to reporters at the Russian Defense Ministry.

"On board the Russian Be-200 aircraft, which crashed in the Turkish Republic, five crew members from among the Russian military personnel and three citizens of the Turkish Republic, who indicated the sources of the fire, were killed," the military department said.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Be-200ES aircraft of the Naval Aviation of the Russian Navy crashed on August 14, 2021 at about 15:10 Moscow time near the settlement of Adana in Turkey.
