The Baltic Fleet received a new patrol boat of project 03160
"Raptor". The motorboat arrived to the place of permanent basing
at the port of Baltiysk and will carry out tasks for its intended purpose
in the Baltic naval base.
The patrol boat of project 03160 "Raptor" is capable of carrying out tasks on patrolling the coastal zone of the seas, straits and estuaries of rivers, to carry out the duty in the designated areas. It can intercept and detain small targets, as well as carry out activities to assist water crews in distressed boats or aircraft in the area of duty.
On boats there is a room with places for a search or anti-terrorist group, divers or rescuers, depending on the tasks performed.
