 At present, the aircraft has been transferred to the flight test complex to continue the flight tests, after which the IL-76MD-90A will be handed over to the customer.

 The Il-76MD-90A is the second generation of the well-proven Il-76 aircraft. The new flight-navigation complex, the automatic control system, the communication complex and the “glass” cabin meet all modern requirements for aircraft avionics and significantly increase flight safety, accuracy of navigation and airborne landing. Replacing regular engines with much more modern PS-90A-76, installing a modified wing and a reinforced chassis significantly expands the operational capabilities of the aircraft.
