LONDON (Alliance News) - Amedeo Air Four Plus Ltd said on
Thursday it has acquired a A350-900 aircraft through its wholly-owned
subsidiary, AA4P Mu Ltd.
Amedeo did not disclose the consideration paid for the
aircraft. The company said the A350-900 aircraft has been placed on lease to
Thai Airways International PLC for a term of 12 years.
Following this purchase, the Amedeo will own eight
A380-800 aircraft, two B777-300ER and two A350-900 aircraft, each of which have
been leased to either Emirates Airline, Etihad Airways PJSC, or Thai Airways.
Shares in Amedo were untraded at 106.75 pence on
Thursday.
