In Russia, the introduction of the latest fifth generation fighter Su-57 into the troops continues. At the end of last year, the domestic aerospace forces adopted the first production prototype of this aircraft. At the same time, the improvement of the winged machine did not stop. According to the sources of the TASS news agency, the Su-57 in the future will be able to control four unmanned aerial vehicles at once. We are talking about the S-70 Okhotnik shock-reconnaissance drones.

The UAV will be controlled from the cockpit. The aircraft industry is working to adapt the fighter as much as possible to work with four drones at the same time.

Recall that for the first time the Su-57 and the Okhotnik took to the skies together in 2019. During the tests, they established interaction. The tests were found to be successful.

"Hunter" was created according to the "flying wing" scheme. Its body is made of components that reduce radar signature. The drone is equipped with various modern equipment to perform reconnaissance tasks.

It can carry up to 2.8 tons of weapons. The total weight is 25 tons. UAVs can accelerate to supersonic speeds - about 1400 kilometers per hour. The operating range exceeds 5 thousand kilometers.

Earlier GLAS reported that the launch of an anti-satellite hypersonic missile "Nudol" took place in Russia .
